About Application

【April Admission】
Japanese B2 Course for Career Development

Application Period: August 1 – November 10

Please note that applications may close early if the number of successful candidates reaches the capacity limit.

Eligibility Requirements

01.

Individuals who have completed at least 12 years of formal education abroad.

02.

Individuals who graduated from their most recent educational institution within the past 5 years.

03.

Individuals who have the financial means to cover living expenses during their studies.

04.

Individuals who have passed JLPT N5 or possess equivalent Japanese language proficiency (e.g., NAT-TEST, J-CERT, JLCT with an equivalent JLPT N5 level).

05.

Individuals who successfully pass the document screening and interview conducted by the school.

Application Documents

01

Application Form (with attached photo)

Prescribed format by the school

02

6 Photos (4cm x 3cm)

Taken within three months of the application to the Immigration Bureau (with applicant's name on the back)

Original Graduation Certificate (or Diploma) and Academic Transcript

The original will be returned after verification by the Immigration Bureau. (Applicants from mainland China must submit an academic certification report or Gaokao results certification report.)

Proof of Japanese Language Study

Certificate proving over 150 hours of Japanese language study at an educational institution

Documents Verifying Family Composition

Official documents such as birth certificates, residence certificates, or family registers

Copy of Passport

Pages with photo and any Japan entry history

Proof of Japanese Language Proficiency

Certificate of JLPT N5 (or equivalent results from other tests) or proof of enrollment in a Japanese language institution

Medical Certificate

Including chest X-ray. Must be obtained in the applicant's home country before arriving in Japan and submitted upon enrollment.

Important Notes for Document Submission

1. Submit all original documents unless otherwise stated.
2. Use prescribed forms for application forms, resumes, and financial support statements.
3. Submitted documents will not be returned unless otherwise requested at the time of application.
4. Certificates should be issued within three months of submission.
5. Attach Japanese translations for all documents not in Japanese.
6. Include your phone number and email address for document verification purposes.
7. Additional documents may be requested if deemed necessary. Submit them promptly when requested.
8. Admission may be revoked if false information is found in the submitted documents.

Payment Method

Please pay the required fees via bank transfer by the specified deadline. Transfer fees are to be borne by the payer. If you wish to make the payment in person at our counter, either by yourself or through a representative, please contact the SACHI International School Support Desk in advance.

Admission is determined through a first and second round of screening.

Second Screening

Interviews will be conducted for applicants who pass the first screening.
